This is an amazing piece! From my experience, I see no accident when Scrum becoming an execution framework.

In the framework, there is no scrum event dealing with the uncertainty such as the product discovery.

Secondly, the sprint starts immediately after one ends, which gives the team no room to strategise.

Thirdly, the work items are well defined before the sprints started, which leaves little room for creativity.

I may have been misunderstood how scrum team should run. Hoping to hear a different story here.
